Once you arrive at the airport in Cancun, there are a few ways you can get to the resort.
1) Taxi
2) Shuttle - either shared or private
At the moment, a shared shuttle is approximately $10 Canadian round-trip, and it's about $25 round-trip for a private transfer. Shared means simply that... you'll have others in the shuttle bus with you and may make multiple stops along the hotel strip to drop off guests before arriving at your resort.
If you take a taxi, make sure to negotiate the rate with the driver before getting into the vehicle to avoid any surprises upon arrival.
To book the shuttle:
1) I will need your airline, flight number and arrival time
2) Once received, the charge is put onto your credit card and a voucher is issued
3) I will provide you with a paid voucher to present to the driver
4) You will just need to tip the driver after your arrival
